04Services Provided

FarmsFirst provides various agricultural intelligence services, including but not limited to:

• CropIntel — crop market intelligence and planning
• AgMachineX — agricultural machinery solutions
• AgriFBI — farm business intelligence
• AgriClinic — crop disease diagnosis
• NutriTracker — nutrient scheduling and management

Some services may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. All applicable pricing, billing frequency, and refund or cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before any charges are made.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. For paid services, reasonable notice will be provided to active subscribers wherever feasible.

05Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content or data provided through our platform. Users should independently verify critical information before making business decisions.

16Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, or failures of third-party services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

19Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
